Comfortable and Safe
- The regulations apply to all guests staying on the Resort premises.
- The regulations are available for review in every room and at the main reception.
- Rooms are rented by the day.
- The day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM.
- The Resort considers requests for extended stays subject to room availability.
- The Resort accepts pets. Pets may stay on the premises for an additional fee. However, the owner is obliged to keep the pet so that it does not pose a threat to other guests and staff. The guest is required to remove any waste left by the pet on the premises. Upon check-in, the guest must present a current vaccination card for the pet.
- Pets are prohibited in the restaurant, café, WELLNESS & SPA area, children's playroom, and conference room (except guide dogs).
- The guest should notify the main reception immediately after discovering any damage.
- The Resort is not responsible for loss or damage to items brought by persons using its services.
- The Resort's liability for loss or damage to money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific value is limited if these items are not deposited at reception.
- Quiet hours are observed at the Resort from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the following day.
- For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, electric irons, and other similar devices not part of the room equipment is prohibited in rooms.
- In case of violation of the regulations, the Resort may refuse service to the person violating them. Such a person is required to immediately comply with the Resort's demands, settle any dues for services provided and any damages caused, and leave the Resort.
- The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by themselves or their visitors. The Resort reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for damages after their departure. The list of devices and their price list are available at the main reception.
- The guest should notify the reception immediately after discovering any damage.
- It is forbidden to take food and drinks out of the restaurant during buffet meals.
- The Resort does not tolerate disrespect, aggression, drunkenness, nudity, swearing, or arrogance. Any guest whose behavior causes discomfort, fear, or insecurity among the Resort's staff or other guests may be asked to leave the premises. Ultimately, this may be done in the presence of security or police. A guest disturbing the peaceful stay of others or Resort operations under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be asked to leave and even escorted out.
- The Resort reserves the right to refuse acceptance of high-value items, large sums of money, items threatening safety, and bulky items that cannot be stored at the deposit.
- Guests have the right to file complaints if they notice deficiencies in the quality of services provided. All complaints are handled by the reservations department: rezerwacje@factoryresort.pl
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Resort and its immediate surroundings except in designated smoking areas. Persons violating this ban will be charged a fee of 1000 PLN.
- For soiling Resort surfaces beyond standard cleaning (especially biological contaminants), the guest will be charged a special cleaning fee of 1000 PLN per soiled area.
- The Resort is not responsible for theft or damage resulting from leaving doors or balcony doors open.
- Information on cancellation, no-show, or shortening of stay terms is included in the Booking Regulations found in the booking confirmation and on the www.FactoryResort.pl website. Shortening the stay or failure to appear does not entitle to a refund for unused services.
- The Resort may refuse admission or check out a guest before the end of their stay if they grossly violate the regulations or otherwise disrupt Resort operations.
- Every guest staying overnight is required to check-in, provide basic personal data, and pay for their stay on the first day.
- Unregistered persons may stay in the guest's room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM after notifying the main reception.
- The Resort offers children's activities according to the schedule available at reception. The animator only entertains participants and does not take responsibility for their care and safety.
- The Resort does not guarantee parking space availability if the guest has not reserved parking in advance.
