- This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Factory Resort website (hereinafter: the Service)
- The administrator of personal data contained on the Service is BALTIC REGENCY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Kołobrzeg 78-100, Jana Kasprowicza 10, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under number NIP: PL6711849460 (hereinafter: ADO).
- In order to ensure the security of entrusted personal data, the ADO operates based on internal procedures and recommendations compliant with relevant legal acts concerning personal data protection, and in particular with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- ADO exercises particular care to protect the interests of persons to whom the data relate, and in particular ensures that personal data are:
- processed lawfully,
- collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,
- substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
- stored in a form that enables identification of the persons to whom they relate no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
- ADO carries out the function of acquiring information about users and their behavior by voluntarily providing information in forms, for the purpose of:
- responding to user inquiries submitted using the contact form on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
- accepting reservations via the online booking system based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- performing services provided by ADO based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address, if the Client has consented by ticking the appropriate box during the booking process based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Consent to process data for marketing purposes and to send commercial information can be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or sending such a notification to the ADO's email address,
- realizing the legitimate interest of ADO in special cases based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, e.g., debt collection,
- During the first visit to the Factory Resort website, the user is informed about the use of cookies. By remaining on the site, the user accepts the use of cookies on the website. Not changing the browser settings on the user's side is equivalent to consenting to the use of "cookies."
- Changing cookie settings will take effect after restarting or refreshing the session on the ADO site.
