Sightseeing in Kołobrzeg
Availability of melex rides in Kołobrzeg
-
For people using crutches:
There is usually no problem because the melex vehicles have a low floor or easy access, and people on crutches can get in and sit by themselves. -
For people in wheelchairs:
It is more difficult. Most melex vehicles in Kołobrzeg are open vehicles with a low threshold, but not necessarily equipped with ramps or special wheelchair holders.
Some companies declare accessibility for people in wheelchairs, but this usually requires prior reservation and confirmation whether the vehicle has a ramp or an adapted space. In practice, if the wheelchair is foldable and the person can transfer to a seat, it is easier. In the case of large, electric or non-folding wheelchairs — it is often more difficult, and you need to check with the specific operator.
